I just found this website the other day called The Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe REDUXE Edition and now I'm a super huge fan. I wanted to submit something to the site to see if I could get on it but they aren't accepting any art right now cause I guess they have a back log or something. So I decided to download a version of the handbook (not the one they are using apparently) and choose a random character to do out of it. I've never heard of this character before but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. This is less of a character redesign and more of just a re-draw.
