Character Re-design (Hydro Man)

Recently I was invited (more like accepted) to do some redraws of some characters for The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Reduxe Edition. Hydro Man is the first of three I signed up for. This should be up on the site in a few weeks sporting a slightly different look to match the original book.
